USB is a short for Universal Serial Bus which is a PnP (Plug and play) interface that allows a computer to communicate with input devices and output devices. All most all devices use USB as a communicator protocol. We also use USB to send power to mobiles, smartphones, Tablets etc. And also as media transfer.
Coming to the point every time when we plug USB drive into the computer it doesn’t fit at the very first attempt. It might take maximum three attempts .First we insert, it doesn’t fit then we flip and again it doesn’t and at some point it might fit into the port. I hope most of them had experienced this and still facing the same.
Gratefully there is an easy trick for knowing how to plug-in a USB cable in the right way anytime/every time.
- On every USB, there’s a metal joint/bond on the bottom side which almost always will faces down when we insert the USB/drive.
- We can notice that 85% of the USB jacks have small split decorated logo one side of the plastic and also two square holes that we can peep inside, which should face always top while inserting.
Some devices has reverse ports there we should do opposite to our plans as above said.
Some devices will provide vertical placement ports so that slot lies vertical in back of our desktop monitors, here we have to use USB as seam/joint faces left.
First if you have an idea on your system port then by following above options to insert USB, then you will never go wrong in the first attempt.
It’s a nice post with impressive information about USB. I really like it thankyou so much for creating such a nice blog...
