Coming to the news, Viewing and downloading pirated content from torrent sites is now a big crime and punishable with 3-years of jail sentence and fine up to 3-lakhs. That is Accessing information from a blocked URL will conform you a place in Jail.

The Government of India with the help of ISPs and under the directives of court has banned many sites and URLs in the past five years. But from today onwards if you view the information or download files from these torrent sites you will put your life into danger. You have to face imprisonment up to 3-years and a fine of 3-lakhs.
