Step1: Right-click on the empty area on the desktop and select display settings.

Step2: use the slider to change the size of text, app, and other items. 100% is recommended.

Step3: dragging the slider to the right increases the size and dragging the slider to the left decreases the size.

Step4: click on Sign out now for the time being because some apps cannot respond to scaling changes without you sign out.

The computer restarts and changes will be applied to the entire computer texts, apps, and other items. But, if you want to resize again you need to change the display properties. You can even use Magnifier to increase or decrease texts temporarily. Instead of changing the size of everything, you can change only the text size for a specific item by using advanced displayed settings.
